Site and equipment sharing is an increasing demand on operators who look to deploy more technologies into ever-crowded sites. Further pressure from planning authorities and the move towards network sharing adds to this demand. Filtronic offers a range of equipment sharing products for both in-band and cross-band applications. These include cross band combiners which are used to combine separate bands or wide-bands to a single port, the in-band combiners which are used to combine multiple base stations in a single band to a single port and the antenna sharing combiners to combine two full-band ports onto a single port for antenna sharing. Antenna Sharing Combiners

The antenna sharing combiner enables multiple signals at the same frequency bands to be fed to different polarity ports of an antenna while providing the RX diversity feature.

The cross band combiner enables the combination of signals from multiple base stations of different frequency bands to a single feeder cable or antenna.

The in-band combiner products enable the combination of multiple continuous or in-continuous channels within the same frequency band.


Using unique patented design, Filtronic products provide very narrow guard band, low insertion loss and high isolation to minimize the total effect on the combined signals and to lessen the loss of the valuable spectrum.
